This Morty Isn't Rick's Original Morty, And We Have The Evidence To Prove It
Our Rick Is From Dimension C-137
Rick identifies himself numerous times as haling from Dimension C-137, and the second season episode "Mortynight Run" offers written proof of this. While dropping Jerry off at the extraterrestrial daycare for Jerrys (aptly named "Jerryboree"), audiences get a glimpse at a sign-in sheet that corroborates Rick's claim.
'Pocket Mortys' Suggests Our Morty Is Not From Dimension C-137

The licensed mobile game Pocket Mortys claims the current Morty hails from Dimension C-145. If the title is considered canon, this offers conclusive proof that he's not C-137 Rick's original Morty.
However, the television series itself also offers plenty Morty isn't Rick's original.
Rick Was Gone For Twenty Years

It isn't actually stated in the show, but Rick's two-decade long absence is documented the series's description: "After missing for nearly 20 years, Rick Sanchez (Justin Roiland) suddenly arrives at his daughter Beth’s (Sarah Chalke) doorstep looking to move in with her and her family."
There Are Images Of Rick Being Present With A Baby Morty

On two separate occasions, audiences are given proof of Rick being present during Morty's infancy. In "Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind," Rick is subjected to a machine that shows him his own memories, and there are images of him with baby Morty.
Also, in "Get Schwifty," there are images of Rick holding infant Morty in Bird Person's house. But if Rick was gone for 20 years and Morty is truly only 14, there shouldn't be any images of two together at this time... unless these images feature a different Morty.
Rick Is Not A Stranger To Swapping Mortys

After Rick stops Evil Morty in "Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind," he accepts a voucher at the Citadel of Ricks for a replacement Morty. It is implied that he is familiar with the concept of swapping out Mortys when need be, perhaps because he's already done so.
The Morty That Took Over The Citadel Of Ricks Is Evil Morty

As a brief but relevant aside, there is conclusive evidence potentially confirming that the Morty elected president of the Citadel of Ricks (in "The Rixlantis Mixup") is the same Evil Morty from Season 1, Episode 10.
First of all, images of Evil Morty in his identifiable eye patch are seen floating in space with the dead would-be assassin Morty at the end of the episode. During that scene plays the haunting song, "For the Damaged Coda," by Blonde Redhead. If you remember, this same tune was featured in the final scene of Season 1, Episode 10, in which evil Morty walks away free. Coincidence? Not likely.
