Tucker DeSaulnier

Tucker DeSaulnier joined Ranker as an editor in 2015 and reluctantly rode the social media wave of the late ‘10s, helping build Ranker channels like Total Nerd, Graveyard Shift, and Weird History, all of which allowed him to share and propagate his love of RoboCop, Stephen King, mummies, disastrous nautical endeavors, the smells of the late medieval period, and space exploration.

After receiving his BA in writing from Loyola Marymount University, he freelanced as a literary and journalistic hatchetman under a variety of pseudonyms. You've read something he's written without ever knowing it. During a stint as an entertainment journalist, he endured many Comic-cons and one wondered if Rachel McAdams was flirting with him (she was not).

Tucker has had many jobs with name tags, and has dabbled in government work and politics. He can be found going unnoticed in the corner of any room. Described by a former coworker as "mild-mannered" and "a Martian."
