Don't Step On My Song
When the performers from ‘Wicked’s original broadway run (Kristen Chenoweth [Glinda] and Idina Menzel [Elphaba]) make a cameo during the film and sing a song together, Ariana Grande's Glinda tries to steal the spotlight and join in on the song, only to have her mouth swiftly covered by Chenoweth.

Keep Your Glasses On
During the song ‘Popular’ when Glinda is trying to give Elphaba a makeover, she takes off Elphaba's glasses, giving a nod to the movie makeover trope of removing a character's glasses to see their true beauty. But Glinda apparently doesn't like what she sees and quickly puts Elphaba's glasses back on.

Fiyero Has Changed
When Glinda is explaining how Fiyero has been acting differently she says “he's been thinking” with the joke being that thinking is apparently out of character for Fiyero.

When Elphaba is giving her typical spiel to Fiyero, explaining that her green color isn't from things like eating grass as a kid or being seasick, he responds asking “what about the defensiveness, is that a recent development?”
